I had a wonderful experience with the whole process from picking out custom drapes with Shari Jones to the installation! Shari helped me narrow the style, colors and texture down to each room.  She took her time and I never felt rushed. The installers, Carl and Davey were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. They took their time to make sure every panel was hung perfectly, evenly spaced, and beautifully finished. The quality of the drapes elevated my entire home.  Everything looks polished, luxurious, and exactly as I envisioned. Everyone was courteous, neat, and respectful of our home throughout the process. This was one of the best, most pleasantly surprising services I've ever experienced.  Joanna came precisely on time & worked-up my measurements & estimate within fifteen minutes.  That was fantastic; however, it only got better from there.  My shades arrived just as predicted and are beautiful; installation was accomplished within .5 hour and that was it. We started with a request for a house visit for sugestion / advise on the type of shades or blinds for several areas, living room, dinning area, and the study. Brittany came over and provided invaluable information and took measurements in a very short time. We decided to get both the shades (automated and manual) and blinds. It took several weeks for them to be custom made thus, plan accordingly. The installers, Carl and Davey, did a phenomenal job and were very efficient and quick. I have had a great experience with Windows Shades of Texas. They fitted my entire new build with shades and shutters and they are perfect and beautiful. Shari did an excellent job of guiding me through the myriad of shades snd shutter options. She personally came to the construction site, lugging her catalogues, and measured every window,!  Carl and David were fabulous in installing the windows treatments seamlessly! Richla followed up with some minor issues to correct. Communication with this company has been superb. David and I purchased shades and shutters from Window Fashion of Texas and were very pleased with end product Shari Jones was our sales person and she walked us through the decision making We were happy with the installation of the shades that were first and Carlos was the installer and did a  fantastic job of testing and making sure that they all fit properly He also cleaned up all the mess and took time  to explain any concerns that we may have I love the look and the functionality that they provide No more cleaning blinds ha The shutters took longer but were worth the wait. They are beautiful and add so much to the look of the room. Davey was the installer for the shutters and he did a great job in a timely manner! I had such a wonderful experience working with Joanna! She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. She personally took all of the measurements, provided me with a quote, helped me make design decisions, and I was able to book my installation all within about an hour! What I appreciated most was how much thought she put into helping me choose the right shutters. She helped me decide on the color, style, and hinges based on the existing details throughout my home, including my fixtures, hardware, wall color, and window sills. She has a fantastic eye for design and really took the time to make sure everything would coordinate beautifully. My shutters are absolutely gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier with them! Joanna made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable, and I truly appreciate all of her help. I would absolutely recommend Joanna and her team to everyone!
