We started with a request for a house visit for sugestion / advise on the type of shades or blinds for several areas, living room, dinning area, and the study. Brittany came over and provided invaluable information and took measurements in a very short time. We decided to get both the shades (automated and manual) and blinds. It took several weeks for them to be custom made thus, plan accordingly. The installers, Carl and Davey, did a phenomenal job and were very efficient and quick. They also assisted with the Alta App for the shades that are automated. Everything went without as expected and they look very nice. David and I purchased shades and shutters from Window Fashion of Texas and were very pleased with end product Shari Jones was our sales person and she walked us through the decision making We were happy with the installation of the shades that were first and Carlos was the installer and did a fantastic job of testing and making sure that they all fit properly He also cleaned up all the mess and took time to explain any concerns that we may have I love the look and the functionality that they provide No more cleaning blinds ha The shutters took longer but were worth the wait. They are beautiful and add so much to the look of the room. Davey was the installer for the shutters and he did a great job in a timely manner! She personally took all of the measurements, provided me with a quote, helped me make design decisions, and I was able to book my installation all within about an hour! What I appreciated most was how much thought she put into helping me choose the right shutters. She helped me decide on the color, style, and hinges based on the existing details throughout my home, including my fixtures, hardware, wall color, and window sills. She has a fantastic eye for design and really took the time to make sure everything would coordinate beautifully. My shutters are absolutely gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier with them! We wanted to replace existing wood blinds with motorized shades and decided to work with Window Fashions of Texas. Brittany was a joy to work with as she walked us through all of the options and helped us decide what to land on that would best fit our needs. When it came time for installing, Carl showed up and wowed us even further. In about 3 hours (by himself), he not only removed all existing large wood blinds but installed 16 large motorized shades as well as 2 shades on our wash room doors, and trained us on the remotes and app use.
