If I could give them 20 stars, I would! From my first initial visit to see what shutters were available and meeting Shari, I knew the experience was going to be great. We set an appointment, she came out to our house to measure our large window for a 4” slat shutter to be installed. While she was there, she measured 8 windows in the kitchen and dining area for a later install of blinds. The order was sent off even matching the alabaster color that we had new built-in shelves and cabinets around it so it was nice to have that option as well. Received notification that the blinds were done and ready for the install and set an appointment. Carlos came out and surprised me that my husband had purchased the eight other blinds during the ordering stage. Carlos was amazing, professional, friendly, and went up and above. I can’t say enough wonderful things of how he handled all the questions we had and took care of everything on the spot. We are 1000% happy with everything from beginning to end. If we order any more shades or blinds for our house, I will definitely be using Window Fashions of Texas. My brother and sister-in-law recommended them to us and we will pass this highly recommendation on to anyone we hear looking for window treatments. From the quality of the window treatments, the craftsmanship, the professional, knowledgeable and friendly design order department , to the complete seamless install was top of the line, impeccable service.

The entire experience with Window Fashions of Texas was AMAZING - from getting a quote, getting it scheduled, and installation. They made the whole process as seamless as possible and I am in LOVE with our new blinds. Great quality for a great price. Even better than that, Shari and her team were incredibly attentive and provided the BEST customer service ever! I highly recommend.

I talked Brittany a couple of months ago. She came out and measured my windows and my kitchen for a shade because we just had a curtain there and they look beautiful. She had already done about two years ago our front windows or I should say our back windows for our backyard because we get full sun in them and they’re absolutely three giant windows. They’re beautiful. Davey was our installer and he did a great cleanup job Installed everything kept everything I would picked up. I would definitely recommend Window Fashions of Texas, and ask for Brittany, she is wonderful!
