I had a wonderful experience with the whole process from picking out custom drapes with Shari Jones to the installation! Shari helped me narrow the style, colors and texture down to each room. She took her time and I never felt rushed. The installers, Carl and Davey were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. They took their time to make sure every panel was hung perfectly, evenly spaced, and beautifully finished. The quality of the drapes elevated my entire home. Everything looks polished, luxurious, and exactly as I envisioned. Everyone was courteous, neat, and respectful of our home throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the finished result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, professionally installed custom drapes!
